When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. The contract will exist as soon as the OWNER OF THE PROPERTY issues their confirmation invoice. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by English Law and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts at all times. It is implied that by requesting a reservation enquiry that you have accepted these terms and conditions and that the enquiry cannot be sent without you specifically stating that you accept these terms and conditions.
When you make a reservation you must pay a deposit of 20%. The remainder along with the key deposit of €100 is due at least 8 weeks before departure. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, the OWNER OF THE PROPERTY shall cancel your accommodation arrangements.

The key deposit will be repaid 2 weeks after your return by the OWNER OF THE PROPERTY providing there has been no damage to the property or contents.
