Our apartment is just a few steps away from the new harbour, here you will find shops, restaurants and bars and a 5 minute walk to the old harbour.

The surfing beach is just a 5 minute walk and the wonderful lagoons of El Cotillo are about a 10 minute walk along the beach. As you walk you can listen to the sounds of the waves in the beautiful aquamarine sea.

Our apartment has a front gate and 12 steps down to a small terrace with table and chairs where you can sit and sip a glass of wine. There are patio doors leading straight into a well furnished lounge. We have a TV and a DVD, unfortunately as El Cotillo is still in the quiet part of the island the TV reception is not very good but we have a selection of DVDs for you to watch and books you can borrow. There is an open plan kitchen with a table and 4 chairs; the kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and all utensils. The washing machine is situated in a cupboard on the terrace. The bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is a safe fitted for your convenience. And last but not least the WC and shower room.

The apartment has shutters which keep the rooms cooler and darker in the bedroom for sleeping when they are closed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and bedding and towels are provided. If your holiday is for longer than one week, the linen will be changed weekly.

This is an ideal apartment for 2, though 3 could be accommodated.

A relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base in the North of the island to enable you to explore or just chill out and lie on the beach, the choice is yours.
